We are hiring a Filipino Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will lead our sales outreach and talk directly with clients. This role is for someone who is confident, organized, and knows how to turn leads into real business.

You will help manage the sales department, talk to potential clients, and make sure sales targets are met.

  • Find and contact new leads using calls, email, and social media
  • Talk to clients and explain our services
  • Build good relationships with prospects
  • Qualify leads and move them to the next sales step
  • Set meetings for the sales team
  • Keep all lead details updated in the CRM
  • Track sales activity and results
  • Help guide the sales process and improve results
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Filipino
  • At least 1 year experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR work
  • Has experience talking to clients
  • Can lead and guide sales work
  • Can speak and write English well
  • Confident, friendly, and persuasive
  • Organized and can work alone
  • Can use CRM and online tools
