🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:
Calling, texting, and nurturing both inbound and outbound seller leads
Qualifying motivation, condition, timeline, and price (MCPT)
Organizing leads inside our CRM like a boss
Setting up high-converting appointments for our closers
Collaborating with a rock-solid team in real-time — no silos, no guesswork
Relentlessly following up and never letting a hot lead go cold
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
1+ year experience in Real Estate Lead Management (Is a must)
Clear, confident, and friendly spoken English and Spanish
Comfortable with CRM tools like Podio, CallTools, or Mojo
Detail-obsessed, consistent, and emotionally intelligent
You crave growth, ask smart questions, and bring solutions — not problems
Able to work 9 AM – 5 PM CST, Monday to Friday
