- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Arbeit Group is currently supporting one of our clients in hiring an experienced Lead Logistics to support construction projects in Central Cikarang. This role is ideal for professionals with strong logistics leadership experience in construction and MEP‑related projects, with data center exposure considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end logistics activities to support construction project execution
- Plan, coordinate, and control material, equipment, and spare‑part deliveries to the site
- Ensure logistics readiness in line with project schedules and construction milestones
- Supervise inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and inventory control activities
- Coordinate closely with MEP teams, project engineers, procurement, and contractors
- Manage and supervise logistics staff and third‑party vendors on-site
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, HSE/K3 standards, and project requirements
- Monitor logistics performance and resolve site‑related issues to avoid project delays
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Logistics or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong exposure to MEP‑related projects (mandatory)
- Experience in data center projects is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of logistics operations, site coordination, and material flow
- Demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience
- Able to work on-site and support project‑based schedules
