Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation and outreach through LinkedIn and email
  • Identify potential clients who may benefit from delegation and workflow optimization
  • Book qualified calls for a 30-minute “Delegation Blueprint” consultation
  • Send connection requests and manage LinkedIn engagement strategies
  • Assist with email outreach campaigns and follow-ups
  • Support social media posting and engagement
  • Create basic graphics or visual posts for social media if needed
  • Organize and track leads, conversations, and follow-ups
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as the business grows
  • Collaborate with the founder using ClickUp for task management and communication

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Strong experience with lead generation and outreach
  • Experience using LinkedIn for business development or lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or automation tools (experience with Go High Level is a plus)
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media management
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
  • Experience supporting startups, consultants, or service-based businesses

Work Schedule:

  • Part-Time: 3 hours per day, 5 days per week (15 hours weekly)
  • Flexible remote work arrangement
