Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation and outreach through LinkedIn and email
- Identify potential clients who may benefit from delegation and workflow optimization
- Book qualified calls for a 30-minute “Delegation Blueprint” consultation
- Send connection requests and manage LinkedIn engagement strategies
- Assist with email outreach campaigns and follow-ups
- Support social media posting and engagement
- Create basic graphics or visual posts for social media if needed
- Organize and track leads, conversations, and follow-ups
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as the business grows
- Collaborate with the founder using ClickUp for task management and communication
Required Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Strong experience with lead generation and outreach
- Experience using LinkedIn for business development or lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM systems or automation tools (experience with Go High Level is a plus)
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media management
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
- Experience supporting startups, consultants, or service-based businesses
Work Schedule:
- Part-Time: 3 hours per day, 5 days per week (15 hours weekly)
- Flexible remote work arrangement
