We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and outreach for our brand, Jabees.
This role focuses on finding, validating, and contacting qualified leads - including journalists, media contributors, and influencers - and managing follow-ups through to confirmed collaboration.
This is not basic data entry. We need someone who understands how to research the right leads for a specific niche, work in a structured way, and communicate professionally.
In addition to the hourly rate, performance-based bonus incentives are offered for successfully published content or confirmed collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
1) Lead Generation & Validation
- Research and identify qualified journalists, media outlets, and influencers based on our criteria
- Validate leads to ensure relevance, quality, and contact accuracy
2) Outreach & Follow-up
- Reach out to leads via email or social platforms
- Manage follow-ups professionally until collaboration is confirmed or declined
- Track outreach status clearly and consistently
- Organization & Reporting
- Maintain well-organized lead and outreach records
- Provide regular updates on outreach progress and results
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation and outreach (PR, influencer, or affiliate outreach)
- Ability to research niche-relevant journalists and influencers
- Strong written English for professional communication
- Well-organized work style with attention to detail
- Familiar with Google Sheets / Docs and basic outreach tools
- Able to work independently and follow clear criteria
