NovaStudio is a performance-driven digital agency, specialized in lead generation and sales conversion for SMEs and startups. We are looking for motivated and structured prospectors, able to deliver a steady flow of qualified leads and collaborate with our sales team.
The role is 100% performance-based for the first 6 weeks, with the possibility to switch to a fixed base + commission depending on results.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect new clients according to defined ICPs.
- Identify, qualify, and organize leads in the CRM provided.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure proper tracking.
- Hand over only qualified leads to the sales team.
- Meet weekly KPIs and participate in briefings and feedback sessions.
- Optimize scripts and prospecting methods to maximize results.

- CRM setup & management (prospector’s responsibility)
🔹 Required Skills
- Experience in B2B prospecting, ideally in digital services.
- Ability to work autonomously and hit performance targets.
- Highly organized with rigorous lead tracking.
- Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Google Sheets, email, LinkedIn).
- Analytical mindset to monitor KPIs and improve workflows.
🔹 Compensation
- 100% performance-based for the first 6 weeks: commission per qualified lead or sale generated.
