🔹 Job Description

NovaStudio is a performance-driven digital agency, specialized in lead generation and sales conversion for SMEs and startups. We are looking for motivated and structured prospectors, able to deliver a steady flow of qualified leads and collaborate with our sales team.

The role is 100% performance-based for the first 6 weeks, with the possibility to switch to a fixed base + commission depending on results.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect new clients according to defined ICPs.
  • Identify, qualify, and organize leads in the CRM provided.
  • Follow up with prospects and ensure proper tracking.
  • Hand over only qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Meet weekly KPIs and participate in briefings and feedback sessions.
  • Optimize scripts and prospecting methods to maximize results.

  • CRM setup & management (prospector’s responsibility)

🔹 Required Skills

  • Experience in B2B prospecting, ideally in digital services.
  • Ability to work autonomously and hit performance targets.
  • Highly organized with rigorous lead tracking.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (CRM, Google Sheets, email, LinkedIn).
  • Analytical mindset to monitor KPIs and improve workflows.

🔹 Compensation

  • 100% performance-based for the first 6 weeks: commission per qualified lead or sale generated.
  • After 6 weeks: option for fixed base + performance-based commission.
