You generate leads. You communicate with them. I close the deal and deliver the work.

You get 40% commission per signed client.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Identify and reach out to thought leaders, speakers, coaches, entrepreneurs (our ideal clients)
• Have initial conversations to understand their positioning/conversion gaps
• Qualify them and schedule them for a strategy call with me
• Stay connected throughout their journey

That's it. No sales pitch needed. Just genuine conversation and qualification.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Comfortable with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls)
• Able to have real conversations (not robotic pitches)
• Persistent but not pushy
• Sales-minded with entrepreneurial energy
• Can generate 5-10 qualified leads per month minimum

THE MATH:

Lead → Conversion Call → Client Signs ($2,500-5,000 average) → You get 40% ($1,000-2,000 per close)
