- Have initial conversations to understand their positioning/conversion gaps
- Qualify them and schedule them for a strategy call with me
- Stay connected throughout their journey
That's it. No sales pitch needed. Just genuine conversation and qualification.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Comfortable with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls)
- Able to have real conversations (not robotic pitches)
- Persistent but not pushy
- Sales-minded with entrepreneurial energy
- Can generate 5-10 qualified leads per month minimum
THE MATH:
Lead → Conversion Call → Client Signs ($2,500-5,000 average) → You get 40% ($1,000-2,000 per close)
