Responsibilities
- Conduct structured telephone interviews in Latvian.
- Record respondents' answers accurately in a web-based system.
- Follow project instructions and quality standards.
Requirements
- Excellent Latvian language skills.
- English proficiency for communication with the team, if required by the project.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- A computer running Windows 10/11, a stable internet connection, and a headset with a microphone.
- Willingness to follow training and project guidelines.
Previous telephone interviewing or market research experience is an advantage but is not essential.
