About the Role
We're looking for a Korean Influencer Partnerships Lead to help build and scale our creator network, starting with Korea and expanding into global markets.
You'll lead creator sourcing, outreach, relationship management, negotiations, and partnership development while managing a team responsible for growing our creator pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who understands Korean creator culture, knows how to identify the right talent, and is confident building relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
What You'll Do
Influencer Partnerships
- Identify and build relationships with high-potential Korean and international creators.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Lead outreach and partnership discussions with creators, managers, agencies, and talent networks.
- Develop personalized partnership strategies based on creator profile, audience, and content style.
- Maintain strong relationships with creators throughout and beyond individual campaigns.
Negotiation & Deal Management
- Lead negotiations around rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, territories, and campaign duration.
- Coordinate creator agreements and partnership documentation.
- Ensure all deliverables and usage rights are clearly documented.
- Track partnership status, negotiations, and campaign requirements.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor the influencer outreach team.
- Establish outreach targets and performance goals.
- Monitor team pipeline, response rates, conversion, and partnership results.
- Improve outreach scripts, processes, and team workflows.
- Coach team members on creator communication and negotiation.
- Report partnership progress and opportunities to management.
Market Development
- Identify emerging creators and trends within the Korean market.
- Stay current on Korean social media and creator culture.
- Identify opportunities to expand our creator network into new markets.
- Help develop scalable systems for global creator acquisition.
Requirements
- Currently based in Korea OR proven professional experience working within the Korean influencer/creator market.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, PR, business development, media, or a related field.
- Proven experience communicating directly with influencers, creators, agencies, or talent managers.
- Experience negotiating creator fees and partnership terms.
- Experience managing, leading, or mentoring a team.
- Strong understanding of Korean social media and creator trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
- Comfortable working with international teams and global markets.
Preferred
- Established network of Korean creators, agencies, or talent managers.
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other creator platforms.
- Experience with content licensing or digital media rights.
- Experience working with influencer management or CRM platforms.
- Background in entertainment, advertising, media, talent management, or digital content.
- Experience expanding creator partnerships internationally.
