We’re looking for someone to help us manage and improve content across client websites.
This is not just a VA role.
You’ll be helping us publish, optimise, and improve pages so they actually perform in search.
If you enjoy working with content, spotting & fixing issues, working flexible hours - this will be a good fit.
Uploading & formatting
- Upload blog posts into WordPress
- Format for readability (headings, spacing, images, embeds)
- Add internal and external links
SEO basics
- Follow our keyword research process
- Optimise titles, meta descriptions, alt text
- Structure content properly (H1, H2s, etc.)
Optimisation
- Improve existing pages (not just upload new ones)
- Check for basic SEO issues (missing tags, broken links, etc.)
- Use tools like Yoast / RankMath
Quality control
- Review pages before publishing
- Catch mistakes or things that don’t look right
- Flag improvements
Must have
- WordPress experience
- Solid understanding of SEO
- Previous SEO/content work
- High attention to detail
- Good written English
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Lighthouse
- Experience with other platforms (Showit, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Pixieset, etc.)
- Remote
- Flexible hours, project based
- Clear systems provided
- You’ll be working on real client sites and our own - your work matters
