LaunchCloud Labs is not looking for a standard web developer. We are looking for a Builder.We are a high-velocity R&D Lab based in Melbourne, Florida, working at the intersection of Financial Technology, Physical Computing, and satellite and radio technology. We don’t care if you know how to solder or code in Python yet. We care that you are smart enough to learn it fast using AI and documentation.
To ensure high availability for our "Lab Sessions," we provide a guaranteed floor wage. You will be paid for a minimum of 2 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday), even if the daily task load is lighter or if no work is required. • Physical Computing: You will eventually learn to solder, read schematics, and build prototypes with ESP32, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi
.• Digital Building: You will use AI (LLMs like Claude/ChatGPT) to generate code for websites and internal tools that match our strict brand image
.• Real-Time Problem Solving: You will work directly with the Lead Architect in Discord/Lark "Lab Sessions," troubleshooting hardware and code in real-time

• The "Fixer": When your family's computer breaks or the Wi-Fi goes down, they call you because you figure it out
.• The AI Native: You don't write code from scratch; you know how to prompt AI to write it for you, and then you have the logic to make it work
.• Moldable: You have no ego. You are ready to learn entirely new skills (like electronics or radio frequencies) from scratch.
• Curious & Fast: You prefer "Googling the answer" over saying "I don't know.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High Bandwidth: Fast, stable Internet is valuable
• Hardware: You must own a reliable Laptop or Desktop PC.
• Communication: Professional English proficiency (Written and Spoken).
• Availability: Must be willing to work overlap hours with US Eastern Time (EST). Must be able to answer any and all inquiries within fifteen minutes between the hours of 10 AM and 8 PM.
