We are currently looking for 3 talented closers who can convert qualified prospects into clients.

Role

Your main mission is to convert qualified leads into paying clients.

Leads will be provided by our prospecting team.

Responsibilities include:

  • contacting qualified prospects
  • understanding their needs
  • presenting our services
  • handling objections
  • closing deals
  • maintaining professional follow-up

Sales Process

The system is simple:

1️⃣ Prospecting team generates qualified leads

2️⃣ Leads are assigned to closers

3️⃣ Closers contact prospects

4️⃣ Present the offer

5️⃣ Close the deal

Client Type

We mainly work with:

  • SMEs
  • service companies
  • growing businesses
  • companies needing better digital presence

Average Deal Size

Typical contracts range between:

€2,000 and €5,000

Some projects can be higher depending on the client’s needs.

Compensation

This is a performance-based role.

Commission:

5% per closed client

Example:

€3,000 contract

Commission: €150

The more clients you close, the higher your income.

Team Objective

Our objective is to reach:

35 to 50 new clients per month

With a strong closing team, this can represent very attractive earnings.
