What Interview Engineers Do
As an Interview Engineer at YRConsulting, you will facilitate technical interviews with software developers and help assess their coding ability, problem-solving approach, communication skills, and technical knowledge.
You will:
- Conduct technical interviews with candidates
- Evaluate coding skills, problem-solving ability, communication, and overall technical approach
- Provide clear, objective feedback after each interview
- Create a professional, inclusive, and respectful candidate experience.
- Collaborate with YRConsulting to improve interview quality, process, and content
Experience You Will Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar technical role
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Professionalism, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection
- Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred
- String knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and practical coding concepts
