  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, target markets, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent support and understanding their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales within the tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct detailed market research.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with IT consultancy, advanced tech solutions, or product development is a plus.

Pay : Commission basis initially. Then Fixed+Commission
