The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Independent Sales Representative to spearhead our B2B expansion in the US market. In this commissioned 1099 role, you will act as the local face of our factory. You will represent our manufacturing capabilities to build lasting partnerships with high-profile accounts, identifying new business leads.

Roles and responsibilities

You will develop leads and drive sales by actively prospecting and signing new B2B accounts, focusing on high-end DTC brands and online retailers.

Physical visits and face-to-face engagements with prospective clients.

You will manage the sales cycle from initial lead generation to order placement.

You will collaborate closely with client design teams to capture specific requirements, translating them into actionable Technical Packs (Tech Packs) for our sample room.

Our internal teams will handle the heavy lifting of Sample making, bulk order fulfillment, allowing you to focus on relationship building and sales growth.

Skills and experience needed

3+ years of direct B2B sales experience in the apparel industry, with a strong preference for Sleepwear, Intimates, or Premium Knits.

An established "Line Card" and a robust network of existing relationships with sourcing managers and buyers at premium US brands.

Technical understanding of garment construction, fabric specifications, and Tech Packs specific to the sleepwear and loungewear industry.

Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and manage a complex sales cycle.

An entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset, completely comfortable and motivated by a 100% commission structure.

Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.

Solid experience in opportunity identification, account development, and territory management.

Pay

commission-based: Performance-based tiers offering highly competitive rates (typically 10% for new accounts, and 5% for repeat orders within the first year).

Unlimited Earning Potential: Your success directly dictates your income, with no cap on your earnings.

Expense Reimbursement: A negotiable monthly allowance to cover pre-approved travel and client-related expenses, ensuring you have the resources needed for "boots on the ground" success.

Product Training & Samples: We will equip you with the necessary product knowledge and premium fabric samples to confidently represent our manufacturing excellence.
