TechViaVentura is a founder-led venture studio that designs, builds, and launches market-ready MVPs within accelerated timelines using a structured execution framework. As we scale, we are building our internal people and operations systems from the ground up to support a high-performing, globally distributed team.

We are seeking a highly capable Human Resources Manager / People Operations Lead to build and operate the company’s HR function from inception. This role will establish foundational HR systems, policies, and processes while supporting a growing team that includes international applicants and remote contributors.

In addition to core HR responsibilities, this role will provide executive-level administrative and coordination support to the CEO, requiring discretion, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone comfortable operating independently in an early-stage environment and balancing strategic HR work with practical execution.

  • Build and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures from the ground up
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate hiring and compliance for international applicants and contractors
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and documentation
  • Manage performance review processes and employee relations
  • Support compensation planning, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for team members
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO as needed
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups related to internal operations
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
  • Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives directed by leadership
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or HR Management
  • Demonstrated experience implementing HR functions and processes from scratch
  • Experience working with international or remote teams
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills
  • Ability to balance strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on administrative work
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms
  • Experience supporting technical or product-driven teams
  • Background in startups, venture studios, or early-stage companies
  • Early-stage, fast-paced venture studio
  • High autonomy and ownership
  • Remote-friendly (U.S.-based preferred; international experience required)
