The HR Business Partner (HRBP) partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, drive employee engagement, and support workforce growth. The role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation. The HRBP serves as the primary HR advisor for assigned business units and collaborates closely with Global HR on strategy, policies, and best practices.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives and workforce planning.
  • Advise leaders on employee relations, organizational design, talent management, and policy interpretation.
  • Support annual workforce planning, budgeting, and succession planning.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units.
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, university programs, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to improve recruitment effectiveness and reduce hiring timelines.
  • Lead annual HR processes including performance management and salary reviews.
  • Design and deliver employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
  • Support leadership in coaching, performance improvement, and career development.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  • Resolve employee relations matters through coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and workforce transformation.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition responsibilities.
  • International HR experience; HCM or SaaS industry experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Improve the onboarding experience, achieving 90% positive new hire feedback within 60 days.
  • Ensure 100% completion of performance reviews and improve employee goal achievement.
  • Conduct bi-weekly meetings with business leaders to address HR priorities and strengthen partnerships.
  • Resolve 80% of employee relations cases within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Reduce employee attrition by 15% within six months through engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Reduce average recruitment time-to-fill to 30 days or less within six months.
  • Continuously improve employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and HR service delivery through data-driven initiatives and best practices.
