To design, manage, and continuously strengthen GWC’s talent and student pipeline — from university recruitment through program placement, tutor onboarding, and transition into projects, BPO roles, and partner opportunities.

This role ensures GWC has the right talent, in the right roles, at the right time, across all university and partner programs.

  • Build and manage a structured pipeline for students across partner universities
  • Track students from onboarding → skill training → project placement → deployment
  • Maintain accurate talent records across cohorts, skills, and performance levels
  • Lead recruitment for:
  • Tutors and facilitators
  • Program coordinators
  • Interns and junior talent
  • Design and manage:
  • Role descriptions
  • Application flows
  • Screening and interview processes
  • Ensure consistent onboarding standards across all roles
  • Work closely with program directors to forecast talent needs per semester
  • Align recruitment timelines with university calendars and program launches
  • Support scale across multiple campuses without quality loss
  • Support performance tracking for students, tutors, and junior staff
  • Maintain simple scorecards (attendance, delivery, progression, readiness)
  • Flag high-potential talent for advanced programs or partner deployment
  • Set up and manage HR systems (ATS, talent database, contracts, onboarding docs)
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR processes and data integrity
  • Create repeatable templates and SOPs for recruitment and talent management
Requirements
