HR & Recruitment Specialist

GTE Brands is a fast-growing e-commerce company managing a portfolio of independent webshops and brands. With approximately €50M in revenue and ambitious growth plans, we’re strengthening our People team.

We’re looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to combine day-to-day HR operations with hands-on recruitment. You will manage contracts, onboarding/offboarding and personnel administration, while also writing vacancies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting first interviews, and guiding hiring processes with managers.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years’ experience in HR and/or recruitment
• Working knowledge of Dutch employment terms and labour law
• Experience with contracts, onboarding and candidate management
• Proactive, organised communicator who enjoys building processes

What we offer

• €3,500–€4,500 gross per month, depending on experience
• Hybrid work from Nieuwegein; Monday and Friday are office days
• 8% holiday allowance and at least 20 vacation days
