Ignite is a primary contributor to the Cosmos ecosystem, building the "Internet of Blockchains." We are a remote-first, engineering-driven organization dedicated to decentralized technology. We are currently expanding our People Operations team to support our high-growth phase across North America.
The Role
We are looking for an HR Operations Assistant with 1–3 years of professional experience to manage the daily engine room of our HR department. This is not an entry-level training role; we need someone who understands HR compliance, recruitment coordination, and digital documentation within a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Lifecycle: Partner with hiring managers to screen resumes, manage candidate flow in our ATS, and coordinate interview panels across multiple time zones.
- Onboarding Excellence: Own the end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including contract preparation, equipment logistics, and system access.
- Data & Compliance: Maintain 100% accuracy in employee records (Notion/Google Workspace) and ensure all documentation meets US/Canada labor standards.
- Process Optimization: Assist in building and refining HR workflows to improve the remote employee experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a dedicated HR or People Ops role.
- Location: Must be a current resident of the United States or Canada.
- Tools: Proficiency in Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace is required. Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar) is a plus.
- Attributes: You are detail-oriented to a fault, handle confidential data with total integrity, and communicate with professional clarity.
