LEM Studio is our creative and execution-focused division — and this role is fully dedicated to supporting its team growth.

As an HR Intern (LEM Studio), you’ll play a key role in supporting the hiring and onboarding process for a fast-paced creative team.

This is a junior-level, execution-focused position designed for someone who wants to gain practical HR experience while working remotely.

You’ll help ensure we attract the right talent, maintain an organized hiring process, and support new and existing team members effectively.

• Post and manage job listings across platforms (Hubstaff Talent, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Review applications and screen candidates based on role criteria
• Shortlist candidates and maintain structured hiring pipelines
• Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants

• Assist with onboarding new hires for LEM Studio
• Ensure access to tools, documentation, and systems
• Help create a positive onboarding experience
• Support new hires during their initial transition

• Assist with day-to-day HR-related queries
• Help maintain internal organization and documentation
• Support communication and team coordination
• Contribute to a positive remote work environment

This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is eager to learn and take initiative.

• 0–1 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or similar roles
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities
• Proactive mindset — you take initiative and follow through
• Stable internet connection and remote work setup

Work on live recruitment and onboarding processes — not just administrative tasks.
