Hybrid Full Stack Developer + HR Pro – Join Our Global Team!

We’re looking for a unique hybrid pro who loves building great websites and connecting with great people. You’ll handle full stack development (fixing, building, maintaining our site) plus people-first HR (sourcing real talent, filtering scammers, scheduling interviews, vetting candidates, managing contracts, and working with international teammates). What you’ll do (key duties – full scope shared at interview):

  • Talent acquisition, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee relations
  • Maintain HRIS, contracts, compliance, policies
  • Source and vet full stack devs – filter scammers, conduct technical/behavioral interviews
  • Full stack dev: React/Node/Python, APIs, databases, Git, CI/CD, cloud
  • QA, security, accessibility, cross-browser testing
  • Manage projects, documentation, KPIs (uptime, bug fixes, time-to-hire, retention)
  • Work across time zones, manage recruitment budget, build talent pipeline
  • 1:1 check-ins, international team collaboration

We will train you on: what to look out for when speaking with candidates and conducting interviews, how to send documents, and things of that nature.

Required English proficiency:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to draft complex policies and communicate effectively with staff at all levels. Proficiency in English to ensure clear communication of company policies and legal obligations.
