**The Role  **

This is a dual-role position responsible for managing HR processes and supporting the financial health of the company. You’ll help maintain a supportive, well-structured team culture while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities  **

HR:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and contracts
  • Maintain employee records and HR compliance
  • Support performance reviews and team wellbeing
  • Create/update HR policies

Finance:

  • Track expenses, income, and budget reporting
  • Process payroll and contractor payments
  • Maintain bookkeeping
  • Coordinate with our accountant for reporting and compliance

What You Bring:

  • 2 years’ experience in HR, finance, or operations
  • Strong organization, communication, and integrity
