We are looking for a hands-on WordPress Developer to build, maintain and improve our company websites.
Key Responsibilities
Develop WordPress pages, templates, features and custom functionality.
Build dynamic catalogues/listings with pagination, filters and detail pages.
Integrate external REST APIs/backend data into WordPress.
Work with existing custom plugins and our backend team.
Use PHP and JavaScript for theme/plugin-level development.
Build dynamic templates and loop/listing grids with Elementor Pro.
Work with JetEngine & JetSmartFilters, including CPTs, dynamic fields, listings and filters.
Implement secure, context-aware forms connected to the relevant page/listing.
Work with staging environments before live deployment, including backups, migrations and rollback.
Maintain SEO, accessibility, security and website performance.
Fix defects and maintain plugins/themes.
Requirements
3+ years professional WordPress development experience with live project examples.
Strong Elementor Pro experience.
Hands-on JetEngine & JetSmartFilters experience; ACF/Pods are also relevant.
Strong PHP, JavaScript and REST API skills.
Experience working with existing custom plugins and API integrations.
Experience with staging-to-live workflows, backups, migrations and rollback.
Understanding of SEO, accessibility, security and performance.
Good written English.
Nice to have: WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, WP All Import and cPanel.
