11X builds AI automation and sales pipeline tools for business owners. We work with small and mid-sized companies losing revenue to slow, manual follow-up, and we're expanding our outbound team.
The role: cold call business owners from lists we provide, qualify them quickly, and book them onto our closer's calendar. Log every outcome in our CRM and confirm your appointments so they show up.
Duration: ongoing and long-term — we're building a permanent setting team, not staffing a short campaign. The first two weeks are a structured ramp-up with training and live-call coaching.
Compensation: commission-based. A fixed amount plus commission when it converts into a customer. Uncapped and paid weekly.
Setup: 100% remote, open to candidates in any location. Our operations run on US Eastern Time, and you'll need to be available roughly 9:00am–5:00pm ET, Monday to Friday — that's when prospects answer the phone.
We provide verified lead lists, dialer and CRM access, a full call script and objection-handling guide. For strong candidates outside the US, we provide a US phone number.
You'll need fluent, clear spoken English, availability during US Eastern business hours, a minimum of 200 dials per day, reliable internet, a quality headset, and a quiet calling environment. No experience needed, we value hard working and hungry applicants more than experience.
