I run NovaRoute Logistics, taking over DOT compliance and logbook management for US trucking fleets. I am looking for a ruthless, full-cycle sales closer.
We do not want an appointment setter. We want a closer who can cold call a fleet owner, expose their compliance liabilities, drop the Service Level Agreement (SLA) on the call, and hold them on the line until the Payoneer invoice is paid.
The Pay (Eat What You Kill):
This is a 100% Commission-Only role.
You take 40% of the first month’s contract for every deal you close.
Payouts happen the exact same day the client’s invoice clears.
Who We Are Looking For:
We strongly prefer female candidates for this role. In the trucking industry, a professional female voice drops the prospect's guard—but you must have the absolute backbone to aggressively close the deal and refuse to take "let me think about it" for an answer.
