The Opportunity

We are looking for one experienced High-Ticket B2B Sales Closer to become a long-term commercial partner.

Unlike many startups, you won’t be starting from zero.

We already have:

  • More than 180 qualified B2B leads already generated.
  • A structured CRM.
  • Sales documentation.
  • Defined service packages.
  • Clear operational processes.
  • Technical experts who handle implementation after the sale.

Your mission is simple:

  • Conduct discovery calls.
  • Understand the client’s challenges.
  • Present NexFlow’s solutions.
  • Handle objections professionally.
  • Close qualified opportunities.
  • Help build a scalable sales process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience closing high-ticket services or SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent English communication.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives.
  • Self-driven and professional.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
  • HubSpot knowledge is appreciated but not mandatory.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position.

Our projects generally range between €2,000 and €5,000+, with additional recurring monthly service contracts.

The successful closer will receive an attractive commission on every closed deal.

Our objective is to secure our first clients quickly and progressively transition toward a more structured long-term commercial organization as the company grows.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business—not just complete isolated sales.
