We’re hiring a Head of Platform Operations to own how our platform runs day-to-day.
This is a hands-on operator role, not strategy. You’ll step into an existing system, stabilize it, fix issues, and bring structure.
You will start as an individual contributor with full ownership and grow into team leadership as we scale.
Our platform operates across 18+ pharmacy partners, each with different workflows (billing, onboarding, integrations) in a regulated environment. This is not a clean SaaS setup — it’s complex and requires someone who can handle real-world variability.
- Own platform operations end-to-end (performance, reliability, execution)
- Ensure workflows are fully implemented and working
- Manage issues across product, engineering, and support
- Identify and fix breakdowns in billing, onboarding, and reporting
- Handle operational complexity across multiple partners
- Build structure, SOPs, and accountability into systems
- Drive automation and reduce manual work
- 7+ years in technical ops / platform ops / IT ops
- Experience managing systems powered by software (SaaS, integrations, workflows)
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system dependencies
- Experience handling issues, incidents, and troubleshooting
- Comfortable working in messy, fast-moving environments
- Strong execution and ownership mindset
- Healthtech / pharmacy / regulated environment experience
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Experience working with distributed/offshore teams
- Someone who owns problems until they’re solved
- Someone who can clean up and stabilize existing systems
- Someone who prefers execution over planning
