We are looking for a Head of Agentic Video Production to run our high-volume AI video generation and YouTube management engine. You will take static client images and turn them into cinematic commercials, engaging reels, and high-converting website hero videos using solely AI tools and CapCut.
This is not a traditional videographer role. You will not hold a camera. You will sit at the helm of a massive AI video production pipeline, generating, fine-tuning, and publishing 20 to 30 high-quality videos every single day. Once the videos are created, you will use AI to manage, optimize, and grow the YouTube channels for Cavmir and all our client brands.
What You Will Do
- Run the AI Studio Factory: Produce 20-30 high-retention videos daily, ranging from short-form social reels to full-length commercials and website hero backgrounds.
- Image-to-Video Conversion: Transform static client assets into dynamic, photorealistic motion using advanced AI video generators (e.g., Runway, Luma, Midjourney, etc.).
- Audio & Voiceover Synthesis: Generate hyper-realistic, emotive AI voiceovers and sync them perfectly with video assets.
- Rapid Editing & Curation: Splice AI-generated clips with Pexels and premium stock footage, using CapCut to add high-impact transitions, captions, and effects.
- YouTube Empire Management: Act as the ultimate YouTube strategist. Use AI to automate channel management, write SEO-optimized titles/descriptions, generate click-worthy AI thumbnails, and aggressively grow the subscriber base for Cavmir and 30+ client accounts.
- Maintain Scale & Quality: Ensure that despite the massive daily output, every single video meets strict commercial-quality standards and aligns with the specific brand's aesthetic.
- AI Video Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise with the latest AI video and audio generation tools (Image-to-Video, Text-to-Video, Text-to-Speech).
- CapCut Wizardry: You must be incredibly fast and proficient in CapCut, knowing exactly how to edit for max retention, viral hook creation, and platform-specific pacing.
- YouTube SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm. You know how to use AI to find low-competition keywords, optimize tags, and hack the suggested video feed.
