Role: We are looking for an expert Atlassian architect to design and run the Jira environment for go-to-market and product launches: workflows, custom fields, automation, executive dashboards and JQL filters, SOPs, and team training, plus day-to-day program management.
Requirements: 5+ years architecting and administering Jira/Atlassian from scratch, C1 English or higher, launch or PMO experience in a product organization, executive dashboards that drove decisions. Nice to have: agentic or automated reporting from Jira into AI tools.
Work setup: 100% remote. Open to candidates in South America, Central America and Mexico.
Duration: 6-month contract.
Compensation: Fixed pay of USD 4,000 to 5,000 per month, depending on experience.
Timezone: Latin America (UTC-3 to UTC-6).
