Pay: $7.00–$9.50/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Drive revenue through outbound outreach and by converting warm leads into customers.
Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Manage the entire sales process by accurately tracking leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in the CRM.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals through consistent prospecting and follow-up.
Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward a successful close.
Collaborate with the team while maintaining strong organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
3+ years of direct or inside sales experience with a proven record of success (required).
Available to work full-time during U.S. business hours (EST, CST, or PST, depending on assigned shift).
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Proficient with CRM systems, dialing platforms, and common workplace tools such as Slack and Google Workspace.
Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet work environment, and a professional-quality headset.
