GoHighLevel Expert Architect full time

We are a multi-service company (payments, payroll, capital, and a digital-marketing arm) building out our GoHighLevel infrastructure. We need an experienced GHL builder to set up our internal sub-accounts and create a reusable client-onboarding template for our agency. Project-based to start, with strong potential for ongoing work.

What you'll do:

• Audit and clean up our existing GHL account
• Build sub-accounts: pipelines, lead forms, calendars, funnels/landing pages, and nurture automations
• Register A2P 10DLC and set up email authentication (SPF / DKIM / DMARC)
• Build a reusable "master snapshot" we can clone for every new client — this is the core deliverable
• Set up AI / conversation automations and follow-up flows
• Document everything with Loom walkthroughs and written SOPs

Requested Experience:

Proven hands-on GoHighLevel build experience — snapshots, workflows, pipelines

• Experience with A2P 10DLC registration and email deliverability setup
• Funnel and landing-page building inside GHL
• Clear written English and strong documentation habits
• Agency / SaaS-mode GHL experience
• AI automation (conversation AI, chatbots)
