About the Launch:
We are on the brink of launching an innovative new app to a global audience. With 25+ marketing team leaders already in place across key regions worldwide, we are building the engine for a powerful, synchronized global launch. We need a strategic operator to be the conductor of this orchestra.
The Mission:
Your core mission is to streamline, coordinate, and empower over 25 marketing team leaders. You will transform individual efforts into a cohesive, data-driven, and high-impact global marketing machine. You will own the operational framework, ensuring consistency in brand message while enabling local relevance and agility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Central Command & Communication: Act as the single point of contact and coordination hub for all 25+ team leaders. Run weekly syncs, disseminate key updates from leadership, and ensure clear, two-way communication flows.
- System & Process Architect: Build and implement the operational playbook: brief templates, reporting standards, asset management systems, and approval workflows to eliminate chaos and redundancy.
- Performance Dashboard: Establish a unified dashboard to track key launch metrics (acquisition, activation, regional performance) across all teams. Analyse data to identify wins, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Resource & Asset Management: Ensure all teams have the core marketing assets, tool access, and guidelines they need to execute effectively. Prevent reinvention of the wheel.
- Risk & Bottleneck Anticipator: Proactively identify logistical, technical, or communication challenges across the global effort and solve them before they impact the launch timeline.
- Best Practice Cultivator: Create a forum for team leaders to share successful tactics, creative ideas, and local insights, fostering a collaborative "centre of excellence."

- Calm under pressure, excelling in a fast-paced, pre-launch environment.
- Experienced with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Jira) and communication platforms (Slack, Zoom).
Experience Needed:
- 1 to 5 years in marketing operations, project management, or as a marketing manager in a global/multi-team environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with app launch marketing is a significant plus.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
