As a Global Donor Operations & Virtual Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting donor verification processes, assisting nonprofit partners, and maintaining the integrity of our fundraising systems.

This position combines administrative precision, donor support coordination, and secure payment verification oversight.

  • Assist with donor record reviews and verification processes within secure internal systems
  • Monitor and reconcile donation activity via authorized payment gateways
  • Support compliance checks to ensure proper documentation and reporting standards
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding flagged transactions or discrepancies
  • Provide virtual administrative support to partnered charities and small nonprofit organizations
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information responsibly
  • Assist with onboarding documentation for nonprofit partners as required
  • Prepare internal summaries and reports for operational oversight

This role may require controlled access to company-authorized payment gateway systems strictly for the purpose of verifying donor transactions and maintaining financial transparency.

All access is monitored, permission-based, and governed by internal compliance protocols.

  • Experience in virtual assistance, nonprofit operations, financial administration, or donor support is preferred

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic understanding of compliance, reconciliation, or financial review processes is an advantage
