Gig Audio Recording Project (English Speakers) - Uganda Based hourly

We’re inviting native speakers to join our latest project — a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting podcast-style conversation initiative.

You’ll record natural, engaging conversations that will help enhance language technology and communication training tools.

Project Overview:

We’re building a podcast library of authentic, high-quality English conversations. Each session will feature three participants (one host and two speakers) discussing real-world topics — lifestyle, work, technology, entertainment, or anything you enjoy!

Your goal is to keep the conversation natural, lively, and listener-friendly — just like a real podcast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record or participate in 30–60 minute podcast-style conversations
• Choose your own interesting discussion topics
• Keep a smooth, unscripted conversation flow
• Hosts will handle recording and submitting the final audio file

Qualifications:

• Can speak English
• Clear and natural speaking tone
• Basic familiarity with podcasts (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, etc.)
• Access to a quiet recording space
• A laptop/PC, microphone or headset, and stable internet connection

Compensation:

• Paid hourly per recorded conversation (5 USD/hr)
• Payment released after each approved recording
