Overview
We’re looking for a highly capable, proactive Integrator who can take ownership of projects, support clients directly, and operate as a right hand in driving execution. This is a critical role working closely with leadership—ideal for someone who thrives in autonomy, loves systems, and understands both tech and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
- Act as the primary integrator—ensuring projects move forward without bottlenecks or constant input from leadership
- Work directly with clients to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and organization
- Identify opportunities to upsell and recommend upgraded packages to existing clients
- Build, optimize, and manage systems inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Document processes and create clear, usable systems for internal teams and students
- Collaborate closely with leadership while maintaining independence in execution
- Continuously explore and implement AI tools to improve workflows, automation, and client results
Required Skills & Experience
- Deep expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL)—you know it inside and out
- Strong eye for design and user experience
- Proven ability to manage and complete projects independently
- Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable handling both technical execution and client interaction
- Strong organizational and systems-thinking mindset
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and proactively improve processes
- Sales awareness—able to naturally recommend upgrades and added services
