Job Overview:
We are building a pool of Filipino General Virtual Assistants to support consulting clients with administrative and operational tasks. This is for future opportunities, not an immediate opening.
Responsibilities:
Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
Handle data entry, research, and reports
Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting notes
Support client communication and follow-ups
Maintain organized records and workflows
Requirements:
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
Strong written and verbal English
Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Stable internet connection and remote setup
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting consulting or professional services clients
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or https://monday.com/
