I am a business owner seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to work with me on a long-term basis. This is a direct, one-on-one role — not a recruiting or agency position.

The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative and online tasks to help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email and handle routine communications

  • Perform data entry and conduct internet research

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Assist with social media tasks (posting content and basic engagement)

  • Organize files and manage documents

  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

  • Basic computer and internet proficiency

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently

  • Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience is a plus (not required)
