We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Systeme.io. We are currently transitioning away from Systeme.io, so part of the role will involve helping migrate existing funnels, automations, pages, and workflows into GoHighLevel.
The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable handling funnel setup, CRM management, automations, and backend marketing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update GoHighLevel accounts, funnels, automations, and CRM pipelines
- Assist with migrating assets and workflows from Systeme.io to GoHighLevel
- Build and edit landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, and automations
- Maintain and organize contacts, tags, triggers, and campaign sequences
- Troubleshoot automation or integration issues
- Support ongoing backend marketing and operational tasks
- Coordinate with the team to ensure systems are updated and functioning properly
- Perform general virtual assistant and admin support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel (required)
- Experience with Systeme.io (required)
- Experience with funnel migration and automation setup
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing, and workflow automations
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
