By managing interviews, client meetings, and early project communications, you help developers secure projects while earning a percentage of the project revenue.
This role is designed for engineers who are highly confident in English communication and technical discussions and want to leverage those strengths to generate multiple streams of recurring income.

We are hiring Senior Software Engineers / Technical Interview Representatives (Proxy Callers). In this role, you will represent developer profiles during hiring processes for U.S. companies. You will participate in technical interviews, client meetings, and early project discussions using the professional identity and resume we provide.
Your main responsibility is to successfully pass interviews and help secure job offers. Once an offer is secured, you will continue to support the project by participating in meetings such as daily standups and technical discussions while coordinating with the developer who will perform the actual development work.
Because your role focuses mainly on communication and interviews, you can handle multiple projects at the same time, increasing your potential income.
• Represent developer profiles (resume and background provided)
• Attend introductory interviews, technical interviews, and client screening calls
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge during interviews
• Join daily standups, sprint planning meetings, and retrospectives
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients
• Maintain professional video presence during meetings
• Support onboarding after an offer is secured
• Coordinate with the developer responsible for implementation
• Paid hourly for attending interviews and meetings before a project is secured
• Minimum 25% of the net monthly income from each project after it is secured

• Fluent spoken English (C1–C2 level)
• Strong experience in Full Stack, Web, or Mobile development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confidence speaking on video calls
• Ability to handle technical interviews independently
• Reliable and responsive across time zones
• Willingness to represent a provided developer identity
• Senior developer with strong interview skills
• Comfortable explaining complex technical concepts
