Lyfe Hardware is a fast-growing ecommerce brand scaling across Shopify and global marketplaces. We are building automation-first, AI-enabled systems to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
This role sits at the intersection of automation, full-stack development, and applied AI.
Automation & Workflow Systems (Core):
- Design and build scalable workflows using n8n or similar tools
- Automate processes across Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, Asana, Slack, Gorgias, Google Sheets, ERPNext, Stripe, etc.
- Replace fragile Zapier flows with robust, production-grade automation
- Handle APIs, OAuth, webhooks, retries, logging, and error handling
- Build workflows for order processing, shipment tracking, support tickets, and task automation
- Monitor and maintain automation reliability
- Train internal teams to use and manage workflows
AI & LLM Integration:
- Integrate AI/LLMs into workflows and applications
- Use AI for data extraction, routing, decision-making, and internal tools
- Work with OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworks
- Support prompt design and AI-driven automation logic
Full-Stack Development:
- Develop backend systems using Python (mandatory)
- Build integrations and services using Node.js / JavaScript
- Support frontend components using React (basic level)
- Design APIs and scalable data flows
- Work with databases and cloud environments
Ownership & Collaboration:
- Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams
- Own features end-to-end (design → build → deploy)
- Document systems and workflows
Must-Have:
- 4+ years in full-stack or automation-focused development
- 2+ years working with n8n or similar tools in production
- Strong Python skills (mandatory)
- Good JavaScript knowledge for integrations
- Experience automating ecommerce or operational workflows
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth
- Experience with deployment (Docker preferred)
- Exposure to AI/LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
Good to Have:
- ERPNext or inventory/warehouse automation experience
- Experience handling high-volume workflows (1000+ events/day)
