Hiring: Full-time - Senior Full Cycle Recruiter - Remote - $9,600 to $12,000/yr

Responsibilities of the Full Cycle Recruiter:

LinkedIn Sourcing:

  • Utilizing either LinkedIn Recruiter (Corporate) or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite to find, source, and identify talent with a good understanding of which filters to use and why
  • How to separate key elements of the role into different Boolean brackets 
  • Robust understanding of how to narrow and broaden talent pools based on the requirements of the role

Conducting Interviews:

  • Intro Interviews
  • Group Interviews  
  • 1on1 Interviews 
  • Follow and master the Interview Flow, then begin to innovate and tailor interview processes for optimal success

Expert Interviewing Techniques:

  • Probe into candidate experiences to discern strengths, weaknesses, and career experience. Understanding how to identify and probe into red flags, determine suitability, and evaluate candidates thoroughly
  • Must be highly skilled at identifying skillset, talent, and culture fits
  • Impeccable Discernment - Knowing who is a good fit, and who is not a good fit, based on culture, soft skills and hard skills

Elevated Candidate Experience:

  • Champion a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle, from start to finish
  • Disqualify candidates who are not a fit, live-on-call, and give constructive feedback to aid them in future applications 

ATS Implementation and Management:

  • Must be able to utilize ATS systems for our teams to ensure effective pairings between client and candidate, and ensure candidates are in the correct pipelines/stages
  • Pipeline Management - Finding existing candidates within our database that may be a great fit for current requisitions

AI Implementations/Automations:

  • Creating workflows and automations to streamline and automate parts of the Recruiting Process
  • Researching AI tools/technology that can support Recruiting Process Optimisation
  • Assisting the team in optimising a migration to GoHighLevel as an Applicant Tracking System
  • Creating and supporting in developing workflows, automations and pipeline processes to optimise the Recruiting Process
  • Offering support in building the highest quality, effective, and streamlined recruiting process to find high-level outsourced professionals

Administrative Tasks:

  • Ensuring that there are accurate and up-to-date notes on candidate profiles
  • Updating trackers with daily, weekly, and monthly metrics
  • End-of-day reporting

AI-Driven Recruiting & Automation

  • Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting (e.g., automated resume parsing, skill tagging, and candidate ranking using AI tools)
  • Use AI to draft/refine JDs, outreach copy, interview guides, and candidate summaries; A/B test prompts for higher response and conversion rates
  • Create automations across ATS/CRM, calendars, and comms tools (e.g., Zapier/Make/n8n) for interview scheduling, pipeline alerts, status updates, and follow-ups
  • Set up AI-powered dashboards and reports to monitor pipeline health, SLAs, and client-ready batch quality
  • Maintain a prompt library and SOPs for repeatable, high-quality outputs; continuously fine-tune based on client feedback and outcomes
  • Evaluate and implement new AI tools/models (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity, sourcing extensions) while ensuring data privacy and compliance
  • Train team members on best-practice prompting and QA standards for AI-generated deliverables

  • Full Time: 5 am - 2 pm MNL (with a 1hr break)
  • This is a remote position so you can have the freedom to work from anywhere
