The Role

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to join our remote team. This is a dual-impact role: you will be responsible for selling Franchise Voice’s suite of marketing and lead generation services to franchisors, while also acting as a consultant to help our partners convert leads into signed franchise agreements.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the franchise development lifecycle and a proven track record of B2B sales in the franchising or digital media space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and prospect emerging and established franchisors to join the Franchise Voice platform and utilize our Growth Services.

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct "Franchise Growth Calls" to assess franchisor readiness and recommend tailored solutions (Lead Gen, FDD setup, Marketing Campaigns).

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery calls to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with Franchise Brokers and industry influencers to expand the Franchise Voice ecosystem.

  • Reporting & Optimization: Track sales metrics using our CRM and collaborate with the marketing team to improve the quality of inbound inquiries for our clients.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Franchise Voice at industry events (virtual and in-person) and potentially contribute to our podcast or article series.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Franchise Development (FranDev) or B2B Sales specifically within the franchising industry.

  • Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD), territorial rights, and the legal/regulatory landscape in the US and Canada.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex marketing ROI to C-suite executives.

  • Independence: Proven ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment, staying self-motivated and organized.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for major industry conventions (e.g., IFA Annual Convention).
