Silver Lining is hiring a Financial Controller to own our bookkeeping, financial operations, and compliance. This is a hands-on execution role responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing AP/AR, performing reconciliations, supporting payroll, preparing monthly financial reports, and ensuring all tax and statutory filings are completed on time.
You'll work closely with leadership and external accountants while helping build an AI-assisted finance function. We’re looking for someone who embraces automation, uses AI tools to improve efficiency, and serves as the final reviewer to ensure accuracy and compliance.
