Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced financial models supporting strategic planning and growth
- Revenue analysis and margin optimization
- Payroll and billing performance analytics
- Budget planning and forecasting support
- KPI development and executive reporting
Requirements:
- 3+ years financial analysis experience
- Experience with SaaS financial metrics (ARR, churn, LTV)
- Strong Excel and financial modeling expertise
- ERP or accounting system familiarity
- CPA or MBA preferred but not mandatory
