Role Overview
The UX & UI Developer will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to ensure every design enhances functionality, user satisfaction, and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design modern, user-friendly interfaces and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research and translate findings into improved designs and user flows.
- Work with developers to turn design concepts into responsive, high-performance websites or apps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Maintain design consistency aligned with AgencyCRM’s brand identity.
- Perform usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback.
- Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino applicant (residing in the Philippines).
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Front-End Developer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and understanding of UX principles.
- Proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
- Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
