As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Remote Moving Sales & Relocation Consultant to join our team.
If you've worked in the U.S. moving industry, know how to convert moving inquiries into booked jobs, and enjoy helping customers through the moving process, we'd love to meet you.
Your Responsibilities
Answer inbound sales calls, texts, and emails.
Contact new leads quickly.
Qualify customer moving needs.
Prepare accurate hourly and flat-rate moving estimates.
Explain pricing and services professionally.
Follow up on pending quotes.
Close sales and secure bookings.
Send estimates, agreements, and confirmations.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Moventry).
Coordinate with dispatch and operations.
Provide outstanding customer service from the first call through booking.
Compensation
Base Salary: $450 USD/month
Commission:
Earn 5% commission on every booked move.
Commission is calculated on the first two labor hours for hourly jobs and the equivalent labor value on flat-rate jobs.
There is no cap on commissions. High performers will have excellent earning potential.
Requirements
Required:
Previous experience working for a U.S. moving company
Moving sales or relocation sales experience
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong phone sales skills
Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
Experience using CRM software
Reliable computer
High-speed internet
Quiet home office
USB headset
Preferred:
Experience preparing moving estimates
Customer service background
Dispatch or moving coordination experience
