Why Your Role Matters

As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Legal, you will play a key role in ensuring the Legal department operates smoothly and efficiently.

You will support a senior executive by managing schedules, organizing documentation, preparing presentations, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Your work will help ensure legal operations remain structured, responsive, and well-coordinated across time zones.

This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and strong communication skills, as you will handle sensitive information and support high-level strategic work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Head of Legal’s calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple time zones

Prepare and format legal and operational documents in clean, structured formats

Organize and maintain shared documents and legal materials across internal platforms

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and decks (PowerPoint or Google Slides) from written materials

Coordinate meetings with internal teams, external counsel, and partners

Track action items and follow-ups from meetings and ensure timely completion

Support execution of legal and operational tasks as needed

Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company and legal information

Skills & Experience

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Excellent written English and professional communication style

Strong document formatting skills in Word and Google Docs (structured documents, tables, annexes)

Comfort working with tools such as Google Docs, Word, Excel, Basecamp, and shared document platforms

Experience preparing presentations and professional slide decks

High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

Ability to manage priorities and coordinate across teams

Bonus Points

Previous experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams

Experience working in legal, finance, or compliance environments

Experience supporting globally distributed teams

Location & Working Hours

Remote role with preferred availability in Dubai Time (GMT+4) and overlap with Asian and European working hours.

Standard business hours coverage with flexibility for cross-time-zone coordination when needed.
