Are you a wizard with Microsoft Excel? Do you feel comfortable speaking Spanish over the phone? Weโ€™re looking for a detail-oriented Excel Specialist who can support our team with data management and client communication.

  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, including advanced formulas
  • Analyze and organize data for internal reporting and decision-making
  • Maintain clean and accurate data records
  • Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and team members via phone and email
  • Support additional administrative and project-related tasks as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable speaking Spanish on phone calls (fluent or highly conversational)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
