Are you a wizard with Microsoft Excel? Do you feel comfortable speaking Spanish over the phone? Weโre looking for a detail-oriented Excel Specialist who can support our team with data management and client communication.
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, including advanced formulas
- Analyze and organize data for internal reporting and decision-making
- Maintain clean and accurate data records
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and team members via phone and email
- Support additional administrative and project-related tasks as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable speaking Spanish on phone calls (fluent or highly conversational)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
