We need an EPICOR Implementation specilaist who will do the following responsibilities:
- Plans and provide solutions to plant layout and production processes for all operations in the plant, improve manufacturing flexible system to boost production.
- Study new machinery and facilities and recommend or select efficient combinations
- Conduct studies and implement programs to determine optimum inventory levels for production and to allow optimum utilization of machinery, materials and resources
- Improve the system to a more robust and efficient future state mapping of the operations, as compared with the current state in the plant
- Train operators the SOP – Standard Operating Procedures
- Develop Quality Manual and instructions to ensure quality assurance with six sigma statistical methods and improve efficiency Manufacturing Lean methodologiesÂ
- Develop solution for minimal downtime and Maintenance standard and schedules
